  • Rule(s) to be applied: Rule 10 (Traffic separation scheme)
  • Applying the Rule(s) and comments: In accordance with Rule 10 (d)(i) (Traffic separation scheme), vessels of less than 20 m in length, sailing vessels and vessels engaged in fishing may use the inshore traffic zone.
