  • Kuralın (kuralların) uygulanması ve yorumlar: In accordance with Rule 3 (j) (General definitions), the words “length” and “breadth” of a vessel mean her length overall and greatest breadth.
    Comments:
    Length overall (LOA) means the length of a ship measured from the foremost point of the stem to the aftermost part of the stern.
    Breadth (B) means the width of a vessel at the widest point.
