    Time of the day: From sunset to sunrise and from sunrise to sunset in restricted visibility
  • Rule(s) to be applied: Rule 23 (Power-driven vessels underway )
  • Applying the Rule(s) and comments: In accordance with Rule 23 (b) (Power-driven vessels underway ), an air-cushion vessel when operating in the non-displacement mode shall, in addition to the lights prescribed in Rule 23 (a) (Power-driven vessels underway ), exhibit an all-round flashing yellow light.
