  • Primjena Pravila i komentari: U skladu s Pravilom 3 (d) (Opće definicije) izraz “brod zauzet ribarenjem“ znači svaki brod koji ribari mrežama, povrazima, koćama ili drugim ribarskim priborom koji mu ograničava mogućnost manevriranja, ali isključuje ribarenje povlačnim povrazima ili kojim drugim ribarskim priborom koji ne ograničava sposobnost manevriranja.
