  • Прилагане на правилото/ата и коментари: Съгласно Правило 21(f), пробляскваща светлина проблясква през еднакви интервали с честота 120 или повече проблясъка в минута.
    Коментар:
    Пробляскващата светлина може да бъде жълта и червена.
