Rule(s) to be applied:Rule 22 (Visibility of lights)
Applying the Rule(s) and comments:
In accordance with Rule 22 (d) (Visibility of lights), the lights in inconspicuous, partly submerged vessels or objects being towed shall be visible at the following minimum ranges: - a white all-round
light, 3 miles. In accordance with Rule 22 (Visibility of lights), the lights prescribed in these Regulations shall have an intensity as specified in section 8 of annex I
to these Regulations.
